All prices on our website include free standard delivery to addresses throughout the UK.

Standard delivery is normally via Royal Mails Tracked 48 service and should be with you in around 3 to 5 working days.

If you need your order faster, then we do offer delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 for a small additional charge at the checkout. This is a 1 to 2 working day service. Larger orders may be sent via our couriers, DPD or UPS, on a next working day service at our discretion.

For our International customers, unfortunately due to the current Covid 19 situation we are only sending your orders via a tracked service. This has resulted in us having to increase our delivery prices. Your delivery cost will be based on the weight of your order and will be added at the checkout.

For example: European destinations £9.43 per parcel + £0.60 per 100 grams, USA £9.06 per parcel + £1.07 per 100 grams, Rest Of The World £8.53 per parcel + £1.04 per 100 grams.

Based on a single duvet cover weighing 600 grams, the cost to Europe would be £13.03 (inc VAT), USA  £15.48 and to Rest Of The World £14.77

The maximum weight allowed by our standard international tracked service is 2 Kg. Several destinations can use our courier service up to 20 Kg, however splitting your order may result in savings on your postage costs.

Please be aware that we are constantly updating our delivery destinations based upon information provided by our delivery partners. This may result in some countries being unavailable for delivery. We do apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause, but as you can appreciate this is beyond our control. For more information about allowed limits and destinations, please see here.

Covid 19 Update

Even though some parts of the world are now trying to restore some sort of normality into everyday life, the adverse effects on the global delivery network are unfortunately ongoing and changing daily.

Due to the lack of air travel, the increase of on-line shopping, and restrictions on social distancing that the courier companies among others have to adhere to, this has resulted in a lack of freight carrying capacity between countries. Because of this we can not give accurate estimates of when your order will arrive.

Our normal delivery schedule would be 5 – 7 days for Europe and 7 – 10 days for the rest of the world, however these time scales are very approximate. For example Australia is currently experiencing severe delays of an additional 2 to 3 weeks, and France 7 to 10 days. Again, these delays are beyond our control.


We are more than happy for you to return your item if you have changed your mind about your purchase or have ordered an incorrect item. Simply let us know that you are returning your item via our contact form and then send it back to us via: Returns Department, Phoenix Works, Vernon Road, Nottingham, NG6 0AT, UK. Please enclose a note with your order number and name so that we know who to refund, and be aware that you are responsible for the return postage costs. Once we have received your return, we will process your refund within 2 working days via the payment method used for your purchase.

Normally returns would need to be received by us 30 days from when you started the returns process, however due to the ever changing coronavirus situation we have increased our returns policy to 60 days. We do not charge a restocking fee (which is illegal in the UK anyway), but we will not refund any additional payment made for delivery upgrades. The item must also be unopened and in its original packaging and must include any other items provided as a free gift / promotional item (including 2 for 1 offers).

If you feel that you have received an incorrect item, or your item has been damaged during delivery, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can rectify the situation.
