Refunds and Returns

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase, however if you wish to return your item or cancel your order please read the following:

Prior To Despatch

If you wish to cancel your order prior to it being despatched by us, please e-mail stating your name, address and order number. We will then cancel your order and refund the full payment including all delivery charges.

Following Despatch

If after receiving your order you have changed your mind, simply return it to us within 30 days of receipt to: Returns Department, JMD Online Ltd, Phoenix Works, Vernon Road, Nottingham, NG6 0AT. Please include a note with your name, address and order number. You will need to return the item(s) at your own cost and are advised to use a fully tracked service. Proof of posting is not classed as proof of delivery.

All items must be returned in their original unopened packaging. Due to health and safety reasons we can not accept returns of items that have been opened or used unless found to be faulty.

Once we have received and inspected your return, a refund will be issued for the full purchase price including the cost of standard delivery. We do not refund the additional cost of any delivery upgrades.

Should you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us by e-mail at stating the order number and details of the fault. If possible please attach an image of the fault. We will then either arrange for the return of the item at no cost to you and either refund or replace the faulty item.


All refunds are processed within 2 working days and will be refunded via the payment method used for purchase.

Once the refund has been actioned it can take an additional 2 working days for the refund to show in your account.

Should your purchase have been for a bundle or promotion such as ‘buy one get one free’ all items from the order should be returned together otherwise your refund will be calculated on a pro rata basis.
